The BT-9U Series offers high performance in a compact design. It offers an array of advanced features, including electric power steering, a ZAPI AC control system, and a ZF dual drive system, that enhance power while reducing energy consumption. RELIABLE ZF DRIVE PACKAGE

This advanced, dual drive system offers outstanding reliability and delivers excellent drawbar pull a short turning radius. The brushless AC motors are maintenance free.

OPTIMIZED PERFORMANCE MODES

The BT-9U offers three operating modes: The High mode offers fast driving and lifting speeds. Normal mode delivers balanced performance. The Economy mode helps maximize battery life.

ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM

All-in-one system includes a steering angle sensor, controller, and steering motor that only engage when the steering wheel is turned, reducing energy consumption and noise.

MULTIFUNCTION LCD CLUSTER

Advanced monitor consolidates and displays essential equipment information, real time data, onboard diagnostics, data logging, safety features, maintenance tracking and more.

SPACIOUS OPERATOR COMPARTMENT

Engineered for maximum comfort and productivity with minimum fatigue, the operator compartment offers a wide field of view and controls positioned for quick, precise handling.

FULL SUSPENSION SEAT

The ergonomically designed seat provides unmatched comfort and adjusts to the weight of the driver. It includes adjustable armrests and optional heater and backrest extension.

EASY BATTERY REPACEMENT

The BT-9U battery compartment features a guide bar that allows the battery to be smoothly moved into the correction position during mounting or removal.

CONVENIENT BRAKE OIL RESERVOIR

The enhanced brake oil reservoir is conveniently located in the upper left dash and is equipped with an electronic level sensor easily visible through the LCD cluster.

ONBOARD DIAGNOSTICS

The multifunction cluster’s onboard diagnostics include maintenance tracking with safety and maintenance alerts to keep operators and technicians informed of equipment status.

OPERATOR PRESENSE SAFETY SYSTEM

This system requires the operator be present, in the seat, to have use of the travel or hydraulic functions helping to safeguard the operator, other employees, and your facilities.

CURVE CONTROL

This key feature reduces the risk of the operator exceeding the safe speed of the forklift when making a turn by controlling the travel speed and acceleration of the unit.

HILL ASSIST CONTROL

This important feature prevents the machine from rolling back after coming to a stop on inclines or declines – important when operating on ramps or working on uneven surfaces.
